They have humanoid design! easy to put armor on! and since there are not going to be shiny new Classes as we are sticking to our 9, and no mounts, can the Next Expansion be on Cantha that drowned with Largos, and Deep sea Dragon!

what new race would you like to play?

Tengu and Largos my fav races.

We might get largos glider/backpack skin who knows.

ugh its the only race i REAAALLYYY wanna play. i wanna be a killer underwater butterfly!

All ANet needs to do is put out a Largos Wings backpack and then you can make one using a Sylvari or Human char. After that, it’s all role play.

I want the blue skin and pointy ear humans. They’re like frost elves except underwater and assasins instead of archers/mages. My point is they look exactly like I want

The Black Lion Daily Herald made it to the ANet Meet & Greet in Cologne, Germany (aka Köln, DE) and spoke briefly to Mike Z, the new Lead Game Designer. You can read the full story on FB or pasted to reddit.

Mike said new races in GW2 are “not impossible but very unlikely” to appear in the future. Implementing them would require a lot of resources that can be spent better on creating new content relevant for all players.

Yep, I don’t see me playing Tengu, Largos or Centaurs….. And just can’t imagine to incarnate a chak or karka…. We don’t need new races actually, some can say 5 is few but they are covering the majority of Tyria…

-The title is ambigous, play the race of Largos or Play like them with their appearance in a roleplay between players? No needing for a race, skin can do it.

-We can make largos wings, Tengu feather arms and beek…. No problem with that!
It’s surely cosmetic but it’s great for RP and fashion possibilities.
