Can we please have the game we paid for back?
This is a fair and reasonable request.
I kind of have to agree. This is not a subscription-based game, and there’s no reason to suck all the hours out of our day just to keep us paying 15$ a month anymore. So what is the point? All I’ve been seeing is, as my better half puts it, “the many being punished for the actions of a few”.
I would actually be willing to fork out 15 a month for a premium version of GW 2 that doesn’t have this DR bullkitten and doesn’t require you to buy everything with karma and that would allow you to get the extra bank slots and stuff for free.
Throw in some discounts for karma items and it would totally be justified.
Seriously, would anyone else like this?

How has the game changed so drastically?
Two weeks after release they implemented two systems. One for loot and one for events. Each one makes it so that after a short amount of time, you will stop getting drops and get increasingly small amounts of the normal reward for events (until it eventually gives you incredibly tiny amounts, the final reduction is 97%). After it kicks in, you are screwed until it resets which can take anywhere from an hour to several (as it seems very very buggy).
So if you only have an hour or two to play (like me) and you get hit with this (I do every time I play now) the rest of your time is completely wasted.
I want the game I paid for that does not have these ridiculous systems in place. They were never advertised as part of the game when I bought it on April 10th or any subsequent time.
I probably would not have purchased the game if I knew ArenaNet was going to implement these systems designed to waste the majority of my available play time.
