So she´s broken on most(all?) US Servers too?

Arenanet seems to have the “we’ll get around to it” attitude, where no matter what is broken, you have to wait for the next major patch to find out they still haven’t fixed it.
Where are my gem sales? I want gem sales! Nerf EVERYTHING!
