Guild Wars 2

A question that’s bugged me for a while, I want to get playing GW1 again to collect more HoM rewards, but I’m always playing GW2 too, I have my laptop that can play it, if I tired logging into it while playing GW2 on my PC, would it work?

Would there not be lag or latency\connection issues playing both on one PC? Or worse, crashing, etc

I have 2 accounts in Guild Wars 1 and used to sometimes run them simultaneously. I never noticed any problems. Running gw1 and gw2 at the same time, they aren’t even the same client. If your computer can handle 2 games up at the same time then it shouldn’t be any problem.

Of course it will work!
I had 10 accounts of my own back in GW, and I used multi-GW launch and it worked fine! Although it will get laggy with that many at the same time.
But with 4 clients up at the time worked just fine.

All depends if your computer can handle it, that’s all that matters, otherwise, no, no problems at all.

From the games perspective there’s no problem at all. I’ve often been logged into both at once.

Your computer might struggle to run both games, especially if you were in two crowded areas (say for example afk 9 rings in GW1 while playing WvW in GW2) but it’s certainly worth a try at least.

Yes. I play GW1 while in pvp queue since the Mists is kind of boring.
