A pink version would look great on my char. can I change the colors on Gwen’s Attire outfit?

seems so, i had a google seems it has 4 dye channels

you can dye all but the flower on the choker. boots, gloves, skirt are like 2 dye panals, the cloth part on the top is dye able by itself. I can show you in game if you wish. I use the outfit on my druid in a brown/green scheme to look like leather.
