Theres nothing. Only bad news and the bunnyears thrown to us without any love a few days before the easter holiday.

Luckily the good news that comes with Easter overshadows all other bad news.

Guild wars has the lucky weekend if I remember, golden eggs and chocolate bunnys drop from mobs across Tyria.

Maybe it’s selfish but I prefer it when in-game festivals don’t match up to real ones because I’m often away from home and unable to play for real life festivals, at least ones celebrated in the UK.

I honestly do not want mounts in this game… That first picture could change my mind!

I like Holiday ingame events. Mostly because they are pretty to look at and such.
I felt like I should contribute and donated to roughly 40 persons.

I love easter. Chocolate, spring and more chocolate.

I wish they did. The game doesn’t have enough holiday celebrations. It doesn’t even celebrate its own birthday. It was awfully nice getting those breaks in the game to do something different and get the Holliday goodies.

I remember in Guild Wars 1 when my first char left presearing. I landed in Ascalon city in Wintersday in July. I was so confused. Snow everywhere and those gremlin things running around. I picked up a present off the ground, looked at it and a gremlin ran over to me and exploded it in my hands. Lol.

/sigh.

If they did something for Easter then there would be 100000000 complaints that anet has time to work on a holiday events rather than <insert your desired game content>.

I feel sadness not Easter spirit, because the only thing I got was the disappointment that I will never get the content I desired :/ (indefinitely suspended = cancelled in my book )

Well, there’s always April Fool’s, although there’s also the foolish who will try to tenuously apply real-world analogues to the in-game jokes to declare their faux-rage – see last year’s GW aeroplane event, and GW1’s Gwen-chan event as examples high levels of indignant rage amongst those seeking to find offence in everything.

Yeah. ANet had to apologize for a holiday event because an airplane was hijacked and crashed a week beforehand on the other side of the world and somehow ANet was supposed to know that people would tie the aviator box animation to that.

I hope that didn’t put ANet off of making April fools events. There’s no way to anticipate such responses.
