So I’ve been casually throwing Major Sigils in the Mystic Forge for the past few months, and I don’t remember ever getting a Superior Sigil out of it.

The upgrade rate is supposed to be ~20%. In comparison, I get Superior Runes pretty often.

The question is: Can you or can you not get Superior Sigils from the Mystic Forge by combining 4 Major Sigils? Is it a bug if you are not able to get any but should be able to just like runes?

I am considering throwing in 10,000 sigils just to prove that you cannot.

You can get Superior, the drop rate is just really really low.

You can get Superior Sigils, however you will most likely get one that is worth 2s (a loss of 87.5% of the value of the Major Sigils you threw in).

Hmm, I guess I’ve been really unlucky then, or it’s just not true that upgrade rate is 20% for sigils. It definitely works for runes and crests. Just never seen it work for a sigil.

Selling them might be a better option then.

Well, Major sigils and runes are quite worthless, except very few.

And yes, I’ve also got a few Superior Sigils and Runes out of Mystic Toilet.

Unfortunately not a single Generosity Sigils, I guess they’re not included in Mystic Toilets selections.
