Can you still get monument of heroes rewards?
Yes, you can still earn the rewards needed. Or at least at good chunk of them I think.
You will have to link your accounts though and through playing GW1 and EOTN you can earn points.
You can access all rewards, but in order to actually get them you will need the points to get them (and that can take some time)
I think on my account it says it’s linked so I should be good to go there ha, time isn’t an issue so all good there as well :P. Thank you for the great and speedy replies!
Does this mean you bought EOTN?
If so, happy playing!
I thought eotn was quite fun, but I didn’t much like the dungeons
u still can, but u need to spend some time to play guild wars 1 though.
I am planning to buy it here soon ha, plauyed all the others figured I give it a go as well, the rewards are a decent added incentive too. You just need to play Eye of the North to get the rewards yeah?
No. You require Eye of the North to get the rewards (since it’s the expansion that contains Hall of Monuments), but you will need at least one campaign. Also, many achievements cannot be done without having other campaigns as well (so not having them limits the number of potential points you could earn).
Remember, remember, 15th of November
Do I need to complete the other campaigns or just have them?
You need to get to a certain point in any campaign to get the quest that takes you to the far shiverpeaks region. There you visit the title-giving Eye of the North and link accounts. If you want to earn more points you have to progress the storyline and your campaign. Without all three campaigns you can’t get 50 points but even if you have all three you’d spend a year+ to get there, so decide on a goal that seems reasonable to you.

Most people stopped at 30 points because after 30 it was only titles.
You need to have Eye of the North, unlock the monument, get tapestries to unlock the sections of the monument, put everything you can in the monument and then link your accounts.
Okay cool, thanks! One last question, like many I am really interested in the flaming sword. Is there a specific (easier) way to attain that?
To unlock Hall of Monuments rewards you need the following:
- Eye of the North
- Prophecies or Factions or Nightfall. (You can have 2, or all 3, but you need at least 1 because you can’t play EOTN on it’s own.)
- A PvE character at level 10 or higher
- Access to your campain’s port city (Lion’s Arch, Kaineng or Kamadan) gained by either playing part of the storyline or getting someone to run/taxi you.
- Access to the Hall of Monuments itself, gained by playing through the first part of the EOTN storyline.
Then you’ll need to either buy tapestries from other players or complete the 3 branches of the EOTN storyline to get them yourself. (A 4th one is given to you when you first access the hall, so another possibility is to get 4 characters there and put the other 3 tapestries in your bank to give to your main.) That’s so you can start adding items to get points.
That gets you access to the hall and all 5 monuments unlocked so you can add trophies. Although it sounds like a lot it’s a relatively quick process, an experienced player could probably do it in a few hours.
Actually getting the items/titles required will take more time. Which ones you go for are up to you and there are numerous guides out there on how to go about it. But it’s worth bearing in mind that it was intended to reward players who had put a lot of time and effort into GW1 and was never supposed to be quick or easy.

Which campaign do you have? If it’s nightfall, I would start the hunt for points by completing nightfall and eotn to unlock heroes. Get good hero team builds from sites online and you have everything you need to collect more points easily.
Ah cool, I have the Trilogy, bought it a long while back and played a bit. I think I have at least one of those requirements ha. So I just have to get Eye of the North and play the campaign then to unlock the hall? Sounds fun enough ha. Thank you again.
Good luck! Getting 10 points for the sword should be possible in a month or less of casual play + you get to know the lore of gw1 a bit.
