The achievement is called connoisseur of confection, but the title itself is Sweet Tooth

You must be new to Guild Wars then. It’s been like this since GW1, and I think GW1 has even seen higher numbers.

Play Guild Wars 1 for a bit and you’ll change that mindset.
Guild Wars 2 achievements / titles are alot easier to obtain.
