First activities, and now we can’t play with friends in the new Ceremony and Acrimony instance? This is a strange direction to take with a multiplayer game…

I sincerely hope this isn’t the case with future instalments of living story, it should have been done just like the personal story (and the Braham/Rox instances) where friends could play together but it wasn’t a necessity to group.

It’s a trade off. We can either have an event each month where the instances are set to 1 difficulty or you can have an event every 3 months with scaling difficulties.

It just takes a lot longer to balance an instance when you have a variable number of people from 1-5 in it.

They worked on F&F for a couple of months but now they are pushing out content faster to keep things moving so we have these set difficulty scales. Personally I don’t mind, I like the pace and it is only a 5 minute instance.

I CAN’T finish the Ceremony and Acrimony. I’m lvl 34 and a clothy. The Lion’s Guard can’t do sh!t to help me either. They are killed by a veteran in just a couple of hits.

Edit: Okay, so after doing it 5 times, my boyfriend managed to complete it for me. Still too much trouble for an event that happens once a year.
