Guild Wars 2

Anyone have the problem that when you stand in a cap circle, you can’t actually cap it? I’ve noticed it in PvP and WvW. I’ve tried restarting the game, resetting internet, etc, and I still can’t cap anything.

It’s the thaw potion buff from the new living world story quest.
