I’ve been away from the game a while, mainly because there is missing ascended gear for my preferred play style. We were told a long, long time ago that carrion trinkets/rings would be added but they never were. Do you ever plan on adding carrion ascended trinkets and rings? I’d like to come back but I have no desire to return if I’ll continue to be locked out of the highest-tier gear. Thank you.

I am going to guess these will be unique to jeweler for whatever reason.

That might be a good possibility Gote. It might also be part of the incentive to level the jewelcrafting for ascended, since you can get most everything else with laurels….

I do wonder sometimes if anyone at ANet has a comprehensive vision of what their Ascended gear system is supposed to be like.

I mean we have Laurels, expensive crafting, excessively grindy crafting, random WvW chests, Fractal drops and random loot.

It all seems a bit arbitrary really.

Still waiting for ascended carrion trinkets.

Seems we already have carrion accessories, but for some reason they had to be locked behind buying ALL of Sorrow’s Embrace and Citadel of Flame’s gear, months of repetitive dungeon grinding.
