You don’t obtain Quartz Crystals anymore, so that section of the wiki isn’t valid for the actual Sanctum Sprint.

Then, if you are sure they do not drop ever, you should edit the page. The wiki is only as up-to-date as the community’s knowledge. =)

I’m relatively sure they don’t drop anymore, but you know…just because it hasn’t dropped for me, doesn’t mean it can’t. How can anyone know if it doesn’t drop? We can only know if we didn’t get it.

If they do still drop, they nerfed the drop rate into the ground. People were getting them left and right while the event was up.
