Could it be possible to add a bit of Concentration and Expertise to the stats of the celestial gear?, it could be interesting as it is a multipurpose gear after all and those are the only stats that are not provided by them.

Are you sure you want that? That would lower the amount given for all other stats as well, to the point where they might not be high enough to do anything useful.

It would be better, if this were to happen at all, to introduce a new stat set that included those 2 stats, possibly in the next expansion.

As OriOri said, taking away points from the other stats and add them to Concentration and Expertise would lower each of the seven existing attributes on Celestial by 160 points, which will push the more important stats to a very mediocre setting.
Adding the additional points on top of the existing total points would make Celestial quite unbalanced compared to the 3 or 4 stat sets.

Making an “Ambrosia” food, that is Celestial + Expertise & Concentration would be a chance to add what the OP wants, or upgrading the Birthday Blaster from the 2nd birthday.

Celestial doesn’t need to be “balanced” by doing an exact reduction to add the new stats.

Right now, an Ascended Celestial Chest Armor Piece provides a total of 469 stat points. An Ascended 3 stat set (i.e. Berserker) grants 343 stat points while an Ascended 4 stat set (i.e. Commander) grants 376.

But it would need to reduce the amount of each stat given if a new stat was introduced. Yes, the total stat allocation is higher, but individually each stat is quite low already with celestial. Lowering them even further, I can’t imagine any build that would be able to make good use of that.

I was running calculations like mtpelion put up earlier. A bonus of 36% to stat totals in exchange for a much wider spread. Following some trends in chest armor:
343 total points in Tri-stat; 141 major / 101 minor
376 total points in Quad-stat (+10%); 121 major / 67 minor
469 total points in 7x Stat (celestial, +37%); all 67

There’s a few trends we can follow after this:
Use the same Celestial point total on our new Starry 9x set:
469 total points, +52 points. That’s enough for +3.5% to boon/condition duration. Not bad for one gear piece.
Or, if ANet is really generous, our Starry 9 gets an even bigger total, say +50% (or 514 points): +57 to literally-all stats. Not a huge change from the above, +3.8% boon/condi.
Back-of-envelope estimate, extending the point total wouldn’t yield much more than just spreading the points around.

But I would totally use this set, even at +52 to all.

Rooted around the wiki for the above, but it just occurs to me…

CAN WE GET PVP-DIVINER STATS IN PVE PLZTHX? I’d be over the kittening moon for this.
