I was wondering if the Chain-Whip Sword is still available in the gem store?

I checked about a week ago and didn’t see it, but thought/hoped that I may have overlooked it and it was still available.

It was also very misleading as the chain animation only appeared on certain skill attacks, most of the time it looked exactly like a normal sword.
