I just played a new toon from level 1 – 80 all on the new update and the personal story wasn’t bad the way it’s level caped, that is, till you unlock it at level 80. I felt this was a bad move as it make the last stretch to easy, and you can’t use the XP from the P-story to help you get to level 80. Think about it. At level 80 your maxed right, so your going to spend your gold to buy the very best gear you can buy. Plus now the xp I get from the rest of the P-story I feel to be wasted XP. I think 2 better ways would be to push back the story by doing it at level 1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50. 60 and 70, or if you still want it to start at level 10, just compress it more so that at level 70 you can still complete the story before level 80, that way you have the choice if you want, to use the XP from the P-story to level your toon and also keep the challenge in the story mode. I would love to hear from other players there thoughts on this as well.
