Reading some threads here, I noticed talk of changing maps when the one you’re on isn’t to your liking with events and such. How does that work exactly? Do I utilize LFG to change maps or is there another function?

If you see an event you want in LFG that is not occurring on your map, join that group. You know you are not on the same map when you are not seeing the pictures of the folk in your group. Right click on top picture and select “join in x.” If the map is not full you should join that map and be able to see the folk in your group.

If it is a taxi to a map usually they will ask that you leave the group upon getting to the map so they can taxi more in. If the map is full you will get a notice saying it is full. You can continue to right click and try to join the party in the hopes something opens up on the map. You also might want to have your party open in chat to see what they are saying or to let them know the map is full but you are still trying.
