I’d like to change my email address that I use for GW2

but i’m not sure how or how can i contact a gw2 employee so they can help.

could anyone tell me how or link me a post/video that could walk me through the process?

You have to make a ticket. Contact support and tell them what new email and they’ll change it.

It’s free. They don’t charge for support.

There is no charge.

When they change your log in email; your password will be changed also. They will email you a temp password & then you need to get into your account and change it from to whatever. You can’t reuse your former password, unless that has been changed from when I had them change my email associated with log in.
