Hello,
Can anyone tell me if i delete all my characters to change server, does the bank items and the achevments remain or it’s like i reset the game?

everything stays, all account bound items in the bank can be used. All soulbound items are lost (ie you can’t use them even if you see them). Private guilds also are trans-server so everything is saved there as well if you have one.

Keep in mind you can’t transfer to a full server.
