I haven’t heard of anything, but I do hope they bring it.

I also rushed my character customization during the three day headstart so I can get on with the actual game, and now I’m not so fond of the look on my Warrior haha.

This sounds like a suggestions forum thing.

Anyway, in the long run, I imagine that they will release something like a ticket that can be purchased from the gem store for a quantity and be immediately used to take the player and their character to the customization screen to allow them to tweak their character.

the folks at guildwars2guru discovered said items in the gw2 database, so its coming. HOW its coming, we don’t know.
