There is so much vacant space on the character select screen, why not fill it with important things? For example something that would help me would be add what crafting professions I have on that character and their level. You could also put living story notes/updates in the top left corner or center. You could also put the current story step the character is on in there as well.

Sounds like a wonderful idea. But I think there’s bigger issues for ArenaNet to focus on than the vacant space on the character selection screen. Not that polishing the character selection screen is stupid, it’s actually a pretty smart idea, but I feel like if they’re going to do it, they should do it as an off-handed thing. As in, do it when/if you have spare time.

I totally agree, it’s not something on the list of priorities but I just thought it would be another little good thing they could add. Personally I would much rather have SAB part 3 over anything else.

Ha ha. I would rather have some QoL additions to the Character Select screen than more SAB. SAB is ok, but….not something I spend a lot of time on.

I’m not sure we would need all of the things mentioned (clutter might not be great), but Crafting Levels would be very helpful. Anything that alleviated the necessity of logging into each character to find information would be great! =)
