Since 8pm EST time last, I’ve been looking for an opportunity to transfer over to Dragonbound. However, It appeared to be full the entire time… I’m wondering if the population status is either based on the number of concurrent users logged into the server OR is it based on the number of active accounts that have set their home server to Dragonbound…

Good luck, I really hope you get a transfer, I have a personal friend/guildy who has been trying for over a month to get onto Blackgate as he missed the ability to do so at the time transfers were offered due to being in another state at the time, he even purchased the gems to do so, but, every time he attempted this it was always full regardless of what time of day or night, he has since quit trying and has quit playing. Its ok NCsoft got his money.

Yup, this is what i’m experiencing too… At least I’ll be able to guest over into Dragonbrand to hang with some friends whom i was trying to guild up with…
