Character creation problem
The character creation lighting is different to in game lighting, which is highly varied depending on where you are. It will cause colours to look different.
As for question 1, that is something to ask Support about
There’s a toggle lighting button (looks like a lightbulb) at the top of the character creation menu you can use to see what your character looks like in the dark. Sylvari colors vary a LOT depending on light, but switching the light on and off as you tweak colors should give you a good idea of the range you should expect. (This might be obvious, but I know I missed on my first sylvari. She’s VERY glowy, because I was trying to turn up the glow high enough to see in daylight.)
I’ve heard rumor there’s a hidden time limit if you take too long making a character. Though that’s likely not the case here, making a character quickly and checking to see if you still have the problem might be something to try.

hi all, when i try to create a new character it give me a internet message problem but my net is ok, this happen to my friend too. what could i do?
Look like create new character is problem now for some player.
