I am a level 6 Guardian just starting out in GW2 with my guild The Three Lords of Lordran[DSGL]. I was wondering for a mix of gameplay and a hint of roleplay for my character in the game based off a character in Dark Souls, is there a flaming sword weapon for my character to use? Also is there a crown headgear or something similar as well? In case you don’t know, Gywn wields a mighty greatsword that is constantly on fire while wearing an outfit that makes him kingly. Is there something similar to this somewhere in Tyria?
Don’t know about the crowns, but there is Volcanus, a flaming greatsword. And I forget the name (firebringer maybe?) that is a one-handed sword that is on fire when in combat.

There is a flaming one handed sword, but it’s from the Hall of Monuments so you’d have to get some HoM points in GW1 to unlock it.
I don’t think any heavy armor helms are crowns. Some Light and Medium are tiaras/headbands.

Is it possible for a level 80 elementalist to summon Volcanus and have someone, like say a lvl 6 character be able to wield it in battle?

Elementalists have a skill, Conjure Fiery Greatsword, that temporarily creates two, well, fiery greatswords. One automatically equips to the elementalist, and the other lands on the ground wherever its summoned. The ele can pick it up, or another player can, so the answer to your question is yes. You can read the article I linked on it to get a more complete idea of what wielding the CFG is actually like, since it’s a special kind of weapon.
Volcanus is a normal greatsword that happens to have the same skin as the conjured one. Unlike the CFG, it’s not temporary, does not have to be summoned by an elementalist, and does not replace the user’s skills with special ones. It is, however, rather rare and expensive.

That helmet is definitely interesting. When it releases, I’ll be sure to grab it. As for CFG, that was kind of my attention. I was hoping to put a elementalist in my guild so that when something special happens, they could conjue that weapon to deal some major damage until I had reached the requirements for Volcanus. Thank you all of you for being great pointers for what I’m looking for.
Volcanus is indeed your best bet to match that sword, but it’ll be expensive (about 380g on TP). For cheaper alternatives, look for destroyer weapons (roughly 24g on the TP, or you can craft them with weaponsmith) that has a simmilar shape than volcanus but with a more stone/magma look and much more subdued particles, and the molten weapons (CoF tokens), which look like metal with some fiery pieces on it.
Also, while not exactly a crown, maybe you can wait for the bazaar of the 4 winds to come back and see if they have the zephyrite sun helm skin available:
