I got 2 charrs and one norn, but norns are really my thing. I want to make the norn a charr too

If I buy a transforming thingy from gemshop, can I make that norn a charr?

And most importantly If I do this can I still use his curent gear? She’s got verry expensive gears and runes plus she’s already have an ascended gs soulbound on her.

no you cannot use a transformation process to change race.
depends on the gear- if it has been transformed maybe you can use the transformation splitter to make it account bound- not sure if it works like that.
or if you only want the skins transmute the gear to a white item to make it account bound.
