Time gated armor, it’s pretty dumb to say the least.
I guess it’s their way of keeping players playing, because there’s not much other content.

Although I do applaud the effort, I take it he must have mined the bazaar with all his alts, every day. Or just spent a lot of money on the TP.

Let me guess, you were trying to get tokens and didn’t realize you were going to get a ton of quartz.

As for time gating I think it was put in there to slow the creation of higher geared items so they wouldn’t rapidly appear once they were introduced. After all you can buy quartz. If quartz was account bound to begin with, then no harm converting all of them quickly because it will take time to gather.

Finally a normal reply. Yes I had my own way of getting the tokens, it worked very well but I also had a ridiculous amount of crystals. Now to all the haters, these 63stacks were only a small part. If I would’ve saved them all from the start I’d have over 250stacks.

JUST SAYING.

Well, it seems that Quartz is needed in small amounts for the new Ambrite recipes. Of course, given that it’s a TVH stat spread, it’s unclear as to how popular it will be.
