In HoT, there was one back piece that will touch a Charr’s back. The rest float like some kind of mystical entity. Unless it’s Ad Infinium. I know that thing is meant to float. But I was literally shaking my head at the other 20-something backpacks added in HoT. The only packpiece that will touch a Charr’s back is the Lightbringer’s Pack, and even then, it will only connect with male Charr. It still floats on Female Charr considering they’re a great deal skinnier.

Please, can we make it happen? I need it in my life. The new back pieces are absolutely pristine, but they look skew-whiff on my Charr, because they don’t even touch their backs. Can we have this as a Christmas present or something?

On an unrelated note, so the thread isn’t total QQ. Thank you for tail hole support on the new leggings for Charr. Ive only seen the Leyline set which doesn’t have a tail hole for Charr characters, but thats more than half the armour sets have tail holes. Thank you, art team, ill give you a hug if I spot any of you at conventions for future expansions.

Interesting. I never noticed this because I don’t ever really use shields on any of my characters. More on the list of things that need realigning.

I could understand why its not fixed if they needed to mess with the overall rigging of the model, but could they just not realign the placement of models so they snap to the back of the character, regardless of body type.

It’s actually one of the things that made me reroll my Charr. It’s really annoying to look at. Almost every single backpiece floats. I see it happen from time to time on my Asura too… Not a fan. Hope they fix it at some point.
