Q:
Chat while moving & assign preset sentences?
A:
1) I think this is a problem with your konfiguration, do you use autorun ? On Which key is it bound?
I never had this issue.
2) If you have a keybord that can configurate Makros, you can use this to fill in some pre selected answers. If not you can google some Software that certanly can emulate this funktion on your keybord too, but you should be Careful what you download and use, because in general Makros are vorbidden or at least not accepted.
If you want to be shure your Makro-Software does nothing it sould not do I can recommend to write your own little script with Auto-IT. You will find a ton of Guides how to use it.
Or use the Method bakunyu described by Copy your 3-4 answers to the game (copy-past) from a extern File and recall this. I would too recommend this Method!

For 1), You can auto-run. Forget what the default keybinding is, but your character will continue moving forward while you do something else.
Not sure about 2)
For 1) its as Ursan mentionned. For 2) you can instantly “recall” the last few things you wrote in chat by using the up key after pressing enter and having cursor focus in the chat field. My guess is people write their message and “recall” it ever so often. This does not carry from one game session to another tho.
Bakunyu is right about 2 but I’d just like to point out that it is perfectly possible for someone to type that fast AND that consistently.
I myself type 170 words per minute and many people do much more then I do.

Good point Cspence, I type at a good pace as well but I also enjoy shortcuts such as pressing up to bring “LF2M COF P1” instantly in my chat box hehehe
I’m pretty sure autorun is “R” by default
1) Never though about auto-run -_-’ I did try it once at the beginning but didn’t realize the use back then…
I tested it and although it’s not perfect, it’s still better than having to stop everytime
2) I did know about up arrow to retrieve previous sentences…but I never once though to use it to retrieve and repeat sentences… ^^’ it’s so obvious now that I think about it
Of course that still require to write everything at least once on loggin, so having an external file with said sentences to copy/paste is a pretty good idea.
I’d still like to be able to bind short orders like “repack”, “focus on x”, etc… too use on the fly while fighting though
I’ll go get used to that auto-run feature now, thanks for the reminder!!!
(Still can’t believe I never though to use up arrow to re-use orders -_-’ )
