Account bound items means those orders can never be fulfilled. It’s someone showing off their money in one of the silliest ways.

What does power trader do? It looks like they are going to nerf listings.

Power trader looks like a pernament boost item allowing trading on a larger scale (stack sizes up 1000 from 250, up to 4 listings of stack items). I wonder how any one can obtain this boost? BLC? Its not like just any casual player would find that useful (and market players would definite pay a good sum for it, so why account bound?).

On another note, Anet employees should provide these people buying the 600g items since they are sooooo generous in their offer. I would sleep better at night knowing that rich folks are so charitable to have paid 600g for a lemon/chickpea/copper mining pick >:) . Muhahaha……
