There are already a number of abilities and options on the Necro that stack bleed. Since the current version of chill damage was considered too high, is there not a middle ground for it to exist in. Example the two extremes are burn and bleed. Short/high period burst versus long and low. Could chill not have been changed to that medium range that neither fills? Moderate damage per tick for moderate time damage? Also to better balance it could chill across the board not have been given some base damage applied to it regardless of class, where as the necro trait would have just been a modifier?
