Weird nitpicky thing I noticed.
Some of the female Circus Castaways in Ember Bay had bikini tops on, I wind up in their camp the day after the patch and happen to notice all the bikinis have been replaced with tank tops.
The shirtless males are still of course untouched.

Why?
I am not even trying to imply I am upset by the change, more bemused.
Why was there a change at all? it seems so pointless and random, and every time I see something like this happen in the “social climate” we live in, it’s easy to jump to conclusions about it.

And yet, among player characters, shirtless males are prohibited and most female outfits and gear are skimpy…

The npcs randomly cycle, it’s possible for there to be none of a type (like bikini ones)

In other news, I would literally pay anything. Anything. For that as a skin

That’s what makes it so inexplicable!

This is like Hungry Hal… One time you see him he has a beard, and the next time you load into the map, he’s clean shaven.

it really is randomly generated. In all the time I have played GW2 I had never noticed the unnamed NPCs do not keep a uniform appearance until now.

so it’s just something random? I never noticed NPCs changed outfits =O
