Just watched some episodes of GoT and I was just wondering what professions some of the GoT characters might be in GW2. Humor me.

Jaime Lannister-Guardian
Arya Stark- Thief
Daarios Naharis- Warrior? or Thief?
Jon Snow- Warrior

Jamie as Guardian? I feel his is much more GS Warrior at the start of the series, then is more Sword/Shield later on.

Daarios = Thief for sure. He is all about being quick and evasion.

Jon is a GS/LB Ranger.

Jorah would more be a Guardian I think.

Brienne of Tarth – Warrior!

Jon Snow is more of a guardian than Jaime. Jaime is definitely a warrior.

And Arya is a thief with a mesmer secondary.

Robert Baratheon (Battle of the Trident): Norn Warrior Using Tier 3 armor with Stag Helm and Hammer (yay!).

Prince Oberyn: Trap Ranger.

Lady Brienne: Meditation Guardian Sword Focus/GS.

The Mountain and the Hound: GS Warriors

Lady Melisandre: Necromancer Minion Master (or Ele? Dual-class?)

Ned Stark: A Quaggan with beard! OoooooooOooooo must be honorable and loyal OoooooooOooooo!

Milissadre – Mesmer/Elementalist
Cersie – Necro (google Robert the strong, only if you don’t care for possible TV spoilers)
Arya -Thief
Jon Snow – Guardian
Tyrion Lannister -Warrior
Jorah Mormont – Warrior
Qyburn – Necro/engineer
And ofcourse, Ygritt – Ranger.

Interesting, though one has to stretch for several of them because the world systems are so different. Let’s see.

Daenerys — Elementalist, focus on fire
Tyrion — Mesmer (he is so good at manipulating people)
Samwell — low-skill warrior who’s leveled up by crafting
Littlefinger — Mesmer
Ygritte — longbow warrior (no animal affinity at all to make her a ranger)
Stannis — Guardian
Varys — Thief (just not on the acrobatic side)
Jaqen H’ghar — Necromancer
Ramsay Bolton — Necromancer

Ooooh good one. I hadn’t thought about shoehorning in Revenant to this but yes, that works very well for him.

Yeah, I think Revenant might fit Jaqen better.

Melisandre summoned a shadow from the depths of her womanhood. If that isn’t necromancy I don’t know what it is..

Jaqen is very much a Mesmer.

Joffrey would have to be a necro. He seems to like to make things suffer for long periods of time for no reason. That way if he accidentally kills something he can bring it back and make it suffer even more. That and he doesn’t contribute anything to the team (take it easy guys, I’m a necro main. I understand and embrace the hate. This is just a joke :P )

As for Ned I’m not sure, but Sean Bean would be some lowbie toon in high areas purely because he always dies. But he tries to be honourable. Maybe a very stupid underleveled, undergeared guardian?

Gregor – Warrior
Bloodraven – Guardian
Jon Targar….er, Snow – Ranger (with Ghost as main pet, tho he sucks)
Tyrion – Engineer — he can play with fire and use his brain
Arya – Thief
Jaqen – Mesmer
Dany – Necro — brought dragons back to life

*My Ele is from another book series, but if from GoT, I’d go with Thoros maybe…

The Starks are all rangers with Wolf pets.
(the one little girl …Arya? could potentially be a thief)

The dragon lady with the blonde hair (I have no idea how to spell her name) is a ranger with a drake pet.

The guy from Quarth (Pyat Pree) who has blue lips is a mesmer.

The woman with the red hair who chills with Stannis is a Necromancer.

everyone else in the show is a warrior because they don’t use magic.

He has a pet wolf and a pet crow!!!! And uses a bow and a longsword!!!

Lord Baelish is a thief who spends most of his time TP flipping.

It wouldn’t be fair for Tyrion, considering he would be turned to stone.

I think Tyrion would be an awesome mesmer. He’s got the charm and the confidence. He doesn’t hit things hard, but he can misdirect the fook out of a situation to come out on top!
Jaime would be a Guardian I think.

He/she can solo ALL content, every meta event, every raid, highest fractal, AND can convert EVERY mob, or PC that he kills into new minions.
