Just curious if Anet Devs were ever considering bringing back cloaks / capes just like from Guild Wars 1 . Maybe even a personal customized one with or without guild tag and able to change colors and is animated when you move. Would be perfect addition to Guild Halls. My apologizes if i missed a post in the forums about this. Seems like every time I post on forums here I get salt and hate mail from everyone. A simple yes , no , maybe so would do.

Sorry you get such negative feedback. But to answer your question nope. This is one of the topics that’s part of the forum drinking game because it’s constantly brought up. So those sorts of topics do get a lot of salty responses. People are apparently not playing the game right or they are angry drunks lol. Anyway it is not possible with the physics or something in the game so it’s can’t happen.
They plan to put it behind Raid.
