Guild Wars 2

When i bought Guild Wars 2 i was always contemplating on the question on whether to buy the collector edition or Digital Deluxe.

The collector edition looks really neat with Rytlock statue and various other features but looking at and its pricing is hard to judge. I wouldn’t mind going for the digital deluxe to acquire the digital items but i do still linger on the idea to buy the collector edition. Any suggestions on this?

It’s all about what you think is worth or not.

Just because I found the Collector’s Edition worth it doesn’t mean someone else, or you do.

I like the Rytlock statue, I like the Collector’s Edition book explaining the creation of Guild Wars 2, I like the soundtracks, I like the frame with different art pieces, I like the metal box showing the map of Tyria.

For me, it was worth it, because I had the money for it.

Is it worth for you? I don’t know. Do you have the money for it? Are you sure you don’t want anything else instead of a Collector’s Edition?

A while since i bought my gw2… but i dont recommend any that costs more than the cheapest. I bought the deluxe edition, biggest bs. You get a worthless skill and a pet.

I have the CE for both Prophecies and Nightfall but when it came to GW2 I came to the realization that really don’t have the shelf space for that sort of thing. Regardless of whether the statue is nice or not, make sure you actually have the space for this sort of stuff first. How likely are you going to be keeping the statue around for a while?

True points. The digital deluxe only seems to be built up of one day, five day bonus uses mainly, along with the other features. :/ I think when you look at buying the collector its a nice bonus to have the digital deluxe. I was gonna buy the collector edition off amazon but the sellers are all third party and charging more than usual

I got the digital deluxe and don’t regret it at all. I don’t see myself wanting to keep the collectors edition physical stuff, tbh.
