Someone makes a thread about being disappointed that you delete threads that criticize you in anyway. What do you do? Not let his post sit there and make him look like an exaggerator, helping your image. Nah, you rather delete his post and prove his point. It is entirely in your right, but it come off a tad excessive, what the the rest of you players think? ( please dont ban me I love your game, just kinda wondering whats up with that)

Have same yesterday moderator delete mine topic when i whas saying only that 5 tickes per tournamnet it to mouch ( ther whas not even a single rage word or smth like that ) … and 1 h later what delete … with info:

Threads posted for the sake of complaining are not allowed as they do not invite constructive discussion. Please refrain from creating such post in the future.

Just use massively forums like everyone else.

What kind of weird enjoyment do you get from trolling the forums just attempting to piss off the moderators and Devs? If someone came into your house and kitten on the carpet you’d tell them to get out, right? This is their house so they can do way they like. They want to keep it clean which is reasonable. There are plenty of user moderated forums you can go to.

I am not trying to troll the forums, or piss anyone off. Just pointing out that Anet seems to go a tad too far on the censorship. If I invite someone over to my house and they say something I dont like I wont make them leave, especially if I was throwing a party and wanted as many people as possible to have open discussions and talk about what they like/dont like.

I like that they keep it clean, and I like this forum. It just seems a little crazy sometimes.

It’s hard for a lot of people to understand but I think when you’re dealing with handling a multi million dollar company you feel a lot differently about the tone things will be taken it. I have had posts wrongfully deleted, but instead of being upset I just consider that censorship isn’t an easy thing. Can you imagine how hard it is for Devs to come in here some days without just saying “we’ll kitten you then!”. They are not Gods, they are people too. An moderators are people with a job to do. I feel like this whole forum would be a lot nicer if people would just try to see things from different perspectives instead of going Internet crazy.

Its impressive how responsive to “Delete buttons” are forum mods in compare to response on ingame bots.

Yes, myself and others have noticed a fair amount of censorship going on, which is why we prefer to use/read the gw2guru forums.

It’s a shame they can’t respond to bots as fast as they delete forum posts…

Making threads that state negative opinion as opposed to making constructive feedback have no purpose.

Dont mention bots, please. I really will get banned then lol. I got a good pm so if this goes any further in a bad direction I guess Ill delete it so I dont get in trouble lol
