Is the game better optimized yet? I was able to play it begining of 2014 but near the end it just lagged. help? I love this game ;-;

Just try it. In most cases lagging has more to do with your connection to the servers and not how optimized the game is.
If you are from Europe it might well be that you will have lags.

It depends on why your game is lagging; is it a network issue, an FPS issue, does your ISP suck…?
Give it a try, and see if it runs smoothly or not, and if not, where exactly the problem lies.
