Are you supposed to be able to get this as a drop? I noticed it was new in the gem store, but . . . ahem . . . I got it as a drop inside the Living Story dungeon as either a reward or a drop. Crag-something with You-Know-Who’s son.

I shared it with everyone outside the dungeon without thought. There’s kind of a mini-game with the logs before you get the bonus you choose. Figure it was a normal reward at some point for finishing the dungeon.

And then I saw it for sale in the store. . . .

Is this intended? A bug? Or was I unbelievably lucky?

You get one as a reward for completing Braham’s living story. It’s basically a free sample.

Other gem store items drop as well so that isn’t too surprising. Extremely rarely though. I’ve gotten two Black Lion Keys as drops since release.

It might be added to the possible bonus rewards from the daily, who knows XD
