Why are certain legendaries like Twilight, Sunrise, Juggernaut, Kudzu. Incinerator, Tooth of Frostfang etc, given so much love with so many effects, liquid armor, footstep effects, birdsong when projectiles are flying, arms covered in the element, etc when other legendaries that take the same amount of effort and money and time like the moot, minstrel, and meteorlogicus so underwhelmingly awful?
P.S. wow the title character max (45) is WAY to short…
Why are certain named exotics (Mjolnir, Infinite Light, etc.) as expensive, if not more expensive than most legendaries?
I’ve no idea :P but keep in mind it also takes less to create the legendaries you mentioned because they don’t look as good(cheap precursor and usually no need for tons of expensive lodestones..)
I completely agree with you because i’ve seen moot in action, ‘t was on a warrior with exotic shield(wall of the mists I think, high-end skinned exotic?). I didn’t even notice the moot when it was sheathed – just generic gray mace without any glow.. And when it was unsheathed, it had barely any rainbow glow. Compared to bifrost glow, it was completely underwhelming =/
And I noticed shield instantly. Just as I would notice almost any other legendary.

Cause they look amazing, and cause they require a non-farmable(almost) high-demanded material – charged lodestones.
