Well no responses but I found it anyway. It’s the Tier 2 Cultural Armor for Humans.

I really liked this spotlight. I think it got overshadowed by Mike O’Brien’s security blogpost lol.

It’s cool to hear about the ArenaNet artist who did that terrific underwater one with Eir looking into the dragon eye.
