Bet the next elite spec is condi based. Judging from the pictures of leaks..i know pictures..but they LOOK condi based. Well warrior won’t be condi, i mean they got condi with their last elite spec..eh never know.

It pulls competitive DPS for about 30 seconds, and then the spirit weapons die and the DPS goes to dumpster tier.

There is also the fact that condi ele tosses out enough might that raid groups might change to just take a condi Warrior who brings both banners and the other warrior is dropped entirely. EA is awesome but when the entire group is condi it’s not as important.

When you math is out quickly, still does great damage and might still let you drop the 2 PS warriors for 1 condi DPS warrior and 1 other DPS.

This probably not gonna happen, most condi dps builds have next to zero cc, whilst at the moment condi ps can obliterate the breakbar with wildblow+headbutt while pulling 20k+dps. I did a few runs today on matthias and samarog with a few condi temps and the cc was at an all time low, removing cps would make it even worse.
Besides the reason u want ps isnt the might stacks. Its the banners.
Ofc for fractals or “golem” raid bosses condi temps are godlike.

Banners affect 10 people, so you can most definitly drop one warrior if everyone goes condi and might is provided.
Condition era it is now.
Another thing is power creep continue to exist, raid will get easier then people will starts to complain and ask for harder raid when the fundamental issue is anet continues to drive dps up.

On paper, or in the real world? Just as with the “on paper” ele DPS beating everyone, and the “real world” ele DPS measured in pugs being … significantly lower, it’s worth remembering that if this comes at the cost of a more complex rotation or tighter timing, it’s definitely going to be challenging to see those results in the real world.
Also of note: has power warrior stopped being able to provide the DPS and support required for the team to clear the thing, or has it simply stopped being the best DPS in theory? If it still works fine, it’s not “dead” except in the hearts of people who chase the latest fashion in DPS…
