So I’m just wondering as to why there is no available Condition, Power, Toughness Gear? Is it because ArenaNet thought this kind of gear would be too overpowered in WvW?

I’d really want such a stat set.

Condition damage is a worthless stat to have since it can only stack to 25 and with condition removal being so common in wvw it would be even worse.

Stick with the other stats that are actually guaranteed to effect your target.

ATM in this game you should always use berserker gear. Loot is based on damage and I have read that magic find gear is worthless and I tend to agree with that. Just use berserker gear and magic find food.

That isn’t the best idea for high fractals or PvP… for easy mode dung’s and open world PvE yes though ^^

i guess ANET dun want necros with high condition damage, decent attack (weapon dmg + power) and defense (armor + toughness) running around

From what I have read there is no point in running the high level fractals because of the loot nerfs but I could be wrong since I won’t grind in this game to get to them.

Also with the class balances as they are it’s pointless to level or play anything besides a Mesmer, warrior or gaurdian if you are concerned with loot and the ability to pug.

The recent nerf to the world boss loot is another reason there’s no point in anything but playing glass cannon.

Pvp you should just role a Mesmer, Ele or thief.

I would KILL for this gear! Currently running rabid gear (Precision, toughness, condition). If this gear comes into place I will swap EVERYTHING for it!

whats wrong with carrion gear…?

Those stats are not good for any known viable build since it neither provides real dps (due to no prec) nor does it provide pure condition damage. (Unless condition in this case is the major stat, in which case your attack dps will be even lower)

there you have it folks, power / toughness / condi wont be viable. carrion gear isnt viable and only swaps tough with vit.

better listen to the man. no dps = no point. and condi damage is even worse.
