Conditions and Power Meta's

I think it is great.
In PvP and WvW power and condition have its place, while in PvE condition is just bad no matter or what, now PvE will also have room for cond.

imo even on pvp will be possible to condi spike the target better than the actual condi stack limit, so they are improving condis to all game modes.
