Confused about Retaliation change...
Retaliation is a boon that deals damage back to the attacker when she hits you. The more stacks of Retaliation you have, the greater the return damage is.
If you, or a mob, has 25 stacks of retaliation, you will take or deal an absurd amount of damage if attacking or attacked, especially against anything that used Quickness builds. This was probably a nerf to either some player build or some monster encounter.
This is how I understood it.
Erm… the only problem is that retaliation does not stack in intensity, so you can always have only 1 stack of retaliation. If there is a way to increase the damage from retaliation (like 5 times) I’d really like to know how?

Does it act like this? I’ve never really payed attention other than when I die suddenly to my own quickness.
I would think that subsequent stacks would stack intensity, especially since the fix dropped the cap from 25 to 5. If it didn’t stack intensity, why would they even need 5 stacks at all?
Just another nerf to a lackluster boon.
