Ok so I am getting very confused here.

Here is my problem I am getting confused about the gold limit reset/

For the purposes of this limit, a week begins at 12:01 AM UTC each Sunday (5:01 PM PDT/4:01 PM PST Saturday).

I know about this and I went through it and did the conversion and it resets 7 pm my time in eastern on Saturday. I sent out about 500 gold for guild stuff on Friday so does this mean it will reset on that Saturday or do I have to wait till next week to send or receive any gold? I do not know I am confused I need someone to tell me if I am correct or not.

Or do you have to wait 7 days to get to send gold out again?

You have to wait until reset for that, which is the same as Guild Missions, I believe.

You don’t have to wait 7 days from the time you last sent Gold.

if you had to wait 7 days to send again there would be no weekly reset specified and you would have to keep track of when you sent gold out every time.

Since there is a weekly reset specified your limit will reset that time regardless if you sent it monday or friday the week before said reset time.

Missions reset on Mondays at 08:30 UTC (00:30 UTC-8).

It resets at 12:01am UTC Sunday, like you posted. The comparison to guild missions was simply that they reset at a fixed time for everyone, not that they reset at the same time as the gold limit. (Although they might do, I don’t know.)

Basically the way it works is you can send a fixed amount of gold each week, and it doesn’t matter when you send it within that week.

If you send someone 500g at 11:00pm UTC you’ll be able to send another 500g an hour later, as soon as the reset happens. Then you won’t be able to send any for a week, until the next reset.

So like I said it resets at this time, and I did the conversion and it was 7pm eastern on Saturday because I am 5 hours behind UTC. Which means I should be able to get my gold out of my guild bank but I can not because it says I have maxed the limit per week.

If I am getting this wrong, I am sorry >.<.

dident they change it to monday?

I do not know a lot people saying its monday or sunday

In order to accommodate development and hosting of Guild Wars 2 raids, we will be changing the time that guild mission resets take place each week. Starting Monday, October 5, 2015, guild mission resets will take place at 12:30 AM Pacific time each Monday.

Note: In order to make this adjustment there will be no reset on Saturday evening, October 3. Instead, that week’s guild mission period will be extended slightly to allow for this update. Subsequently, guild mission resets will occur each Monday morning, at 12:30 AM Pacific time.
