Having been invited to change servers, because the number of people playing on the server is low, tells me that server time is being conserved, and that is a good thing. However, being dumped out of an instance because the server is overloaded is not. I bring this up because it occurred to me again today. The last time was during the 4th of July weekend, and I had to run the instance more than 10 times to complete it. To keep us both, ArenaNet and the customer, happy I would suggest that each instance be set up to allow for these drops. Each time a customer is dropped both you, ArenaNet and client, lose time. But, if the program is set to allow the client to pickup from the last chat point, both will save time. That or you can provide more server support for the instances.
