I missed the lost shore event and wanted to try my luck with the consortium chest. I spent quite a few gold to get the ingredients. (3 light island shoulder skin, 1 karka shel, 1 passion flower and 1 passion friut). Can’t forge it

I dont know where you got the recipe from but my guess would be from the wiki Page:

If you would have read the whole page, you would have noticed the following line under the Trivia Section:

- The chest was introduced with the 11/15/2012 update and removed around 11/30/2012.

Thanks for buying those shoulder skins off me though…
