Periodically in Divinity’s Reach I hear this constant moaning coming from an NPC, or sometimes they seem like they’re saying “Whaaaa?” or just making some other general odd noise. It’s literally on a loop. The moaning is the funniest so far. What’s the deal with it and why does is it seem like it’s on perma-loop?

I keep hearing racist remarks from NPCs about someones face being smushed and weird or looking like a little raisin when I’m in LA.

At first I thought you meant Los Angeles and I was really confused

This issue has been brought up in the “audio” subform literally since day 1.

But yeah, Divinity’s Reach has an audio track that’s supposed to simulate the idea of a busy atmosphere/a crowd. It’s not actually audible throughout the whole of DR if I remember correctly.

I’m 90% sure that moan is supposed to be a woman yawning/stretching.

I’m aware of this moan and thought it sounded a little salacious.

It was not audible prior to this patch.

Whenever I hear it I find it highly amusing.

Ah thanks, I didn’t know if it was intended or not but it sounds like just some minor bug.

LOL I crafted my char to 80 in DR so… that was always an awkward moment when that audio played. It’s nervou XD

I never heard that in DR.

I recall hearing the “sounds” before the patch, but not to the level it is now.

That’s dialogue between an asura child and a charr lionguard. Quite fitting when you realize the asura is insulting a charr ten times its size.

I had the impression that the walls were a bit thin near the crafting station.
