Anyone else experienced this? Some games can take less than 15 minutes to get in and out of support. Hell, I’ve had a single person run vpn service have better, faster support than this.

If you contacted support and didn’t get a response within 3 days, you are encouraged to post your ticket number in this thread for Gaile Gray to review.

You should have gotten an initial response within 24 hours of your ticket. This is usually an automated email acknowledging they received your ticket and offering fixes for many simple problems. When people don’t get this it’s usually because it went into their email’s junk, spam or similar folder and they didn’t think to check there.

Search those folders. If you can’t find it then update your original ticket and also post in that thread.
