In my local store I see 2 products on same shelf: GW2 Heroic Edition and GW2 Heart of Thorns.

If I buy Heart of Thorns I know I will get HoT + GW2 vanilla included.

If I buy Heroic Edition, will I get HoT included with it?

No youd ont get hot if u buy heroic.
Heroic is just not that great.

The Heart of Thorns edition of Guild Wars 2 is the Core game and the expansion.

HoT is currently on sale from ArenaNet for 50% off, or US$25 for the ‘standard’ expansion. It’s often discounted to ~$35 by various trusted retailers.

Accordingly, I might by “Heroic” for $US10 for an alt account (cheap way of increasing daily loot if you play often). Otherwise, go for HoT during this week’s half-off sale or find a trust retailer offering a discount.
