Why am i asking for this?

Because the cooks outfit seems to be one of the few armors in game that actually is cultural. Heck even the hood on the charr version is one of the best looking charr helmets in the game.

And it is a pity to see such good looking armor sets go to waste because you cant really use them outside of a minigame.

You keep calling it armor but that is not what it is, it is a costume and that is fine.
It is the only cultural costume.
As for cultural armor there are 3 sets for each armor class for each race, so don’t know where you get that there are not cultural armors from.

Now you may not like them, but they are there.
